Assasination STAGED?? How Far is 150 Meters / 164 Yards?

Yesterday, July 13, 2024, will go down in history as former president and presidential candidate Donald Trump was shot at a campaign rally in Pennsylvania. All the details for this news can be found in a myriad of news agencies writing updated reports hour by hour, even as I write this.

What I want to address is the outright ridiculous speculation I keep reading in every corner of the digital world.

This Was Not Staged

The continuous accusation that this event was somehow staged by Donald Trump is so far-fetched it’s rather disturbing. Believe me, I am prone to listening to the occasional conspiracy theory and weighing it for plausibility, but this belief is just wild.

This fictitious theory plays out that Donald Trump (or those close to him) knew he would be shot at and used this event to make him seem fearless. In this theory, the assumption is made that the assassin even went as far as to miss Donald Trump's head, aiming for his ear. This theory also ignores the fact that innocent people in the crowd were killed and critically injured.

So regardless of which side you agree with on the political spectrum, I would argue, from a little old-school country data, that there is simply NO WAY a shot could be staged according to this theory.

165 Yards is Still a Long Way...

Yes, if you are reading this, you might have taken down a deer or hog at 100 yards or maybe further. Last week, I made a 335-yard shot on a running hog with success. However, any basic range data would tell you that "staging" a rifle shot at this distance is ridiculous. I honestly think those who consider this theory are simply ignorant, never having had access to firearms and experience at any varied range. It's not your fault if you think this way because of those reasons. Just trust those with experience! If you don't, let me simply help you debunk this outlandish theory:

  1. This range (150 meters or 164.5 yards given in the initial reports) gives no room for error. The slightest shake or movement would lead to catastrophic results.

  2. If this was staged, the shot would be made by the best, most proficient fake assassin... who willingly gave his life for the cause?

Now, I am not saying there are no questions to ask. Clearly, an assassin got way too close to Trump and managed to fire multiple rounds before being hit. Why wasn't he taken out sooner? Was this, at best, negligence or, at worst, something more sinister? Who knows. All I can say for certain is I believe it would be foolish to think this was controlled and planned by Donald Trump or his associates for the promotion of his platform. What would that conversation be like? "Shoot me in the ear, would ya?" Come on. No one would honestly wager political points on the shaky barrel of an alleged 20-year-old, over the distance of one and a half football fields.

Check out our video to see how far this range actually is.

Anyway, I look forward to following more of this information as it is updated. I believe God protected Donald Trump on that fateful day, and I am praying for those who were critically injured or lost loved ones to this deranged assassin.
